DURASILE CFG is a premium compressed non-asbestos (CNAF) gasket material specifically engineered for demanding sealing applications involving high temperatures, elevated pressures, steam, oils, fuels, and a wide range of industrial chemicals. It is widely used in power generation plants, petrochemical facilities, refineries, chemical processing units, marine applications, and other heavy industrial environments.
The material is particularly suitable for sealing flanged joints, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels, compressors, pipelines, and various process equipment where superior sealing reliability and long service life are required.
Composition :-
DURASILE CFG gasket sheet is manufactured from a carefully selected blend of high-performance carbon fibres, aramid fibres, and special mineral fibres bonded with premium-quality nitrile rubber (NBR). The material is produced using an advanced hot calendering process under stringent quality control procedures in an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility, ensuring consistent product quality and performance.
